This Hubble image is actually called Pismis 24 and NGC 6357 but to me it looks like a creche for the birth of stars. About 8000 light-years from Earth, it is in the constellation Scorpius. This was a painting I thoroughly enjoyed creating, after months of COVID - 19, and not really feeling creative. I left out some elements from the original Hubble image to portray my interpretation of this heavenly scene.
